Ingredients
For the filling
- 2 cups of St-Louis’ haskap berries
- 3 tsp corn starch
- ¼ cup sugar
For the crust (over and under)
- 1 cup of flour
- ½ cup of sugar + 1 tbsp
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
Instructions
For the filling
- Mix all the ingredients in a small pan.
- Bring to a boil for a couple of minutes and let it cool.
For the crust (over and under)
- In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar and baking powder. Add the butter and egg yolk, and mix with a fork or pastry cutter until you get a grainy mixture.
- Lay parchment paper in a 8×8 pan. It will be easier for you to take it out.
- Put ⅔ of your crust mix at the bottom of the pan and press it down.
- Pour the cooled down filling.
- Add the tablespoon of sugar and the remaining spoon of brown sugar in your remaining crust mixture. Spread gently and evenly over the haskap filling. Press lightly.
- Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.

Ingredients
- 1 ½ cup flour
- ½ cup of sugar
- 2 tbsp. baking powder
- ½ tsp. salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- ½ cup white corn syrup
- ½ cup orange juice
- ½ cup of vegetable oil
- 1 cup orange zest
- 1 cup of fresh or frozen St. Louis haskap berries
Icing (if desired)
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp. 15% cream
- 1/2 tsp. teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven at 350°F
- In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
- In a second bowl, mix the eggs, corn syrup, orange juice, oil and orange zest.
- Add the dry ingredients to the second bowl and whisk to combine.
- Carefully add the haskap berries.
- Fill muffin cups 3/4 full, lined with muffin paper.
- Cook for 20-25 minutes.
- Let it cool.
Icing (if desired)
- In a bowl, whisk all ingredients together.

Ingredients
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- ½ cup plain soy beverage or milk
- ¼ cup canola oil
- 1 beaten egg
- 2 cups white flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- ½ cup white chocolate chips
- ¼ cup toasted coconut flakes
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 cup fresh haskap berries
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a medium bowl, combine yogurt, the soy beverage, oil and egg. Put aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the remaining ingredients.
- Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients and mix gently.
- Pour the mixture in 12 muffin cups and bake for 20-25 minutes.

Ingredients
- ½ cup quick oats
- ½ cup vanilla yogurt
- 2 tbsp. Quebec maple syrup or liquid honey
- 2 tbsp. white chia seeds
- 1 cup of your favourite milk

Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a jar.
- Garnish with some fresh fruits and nuts for a complete breakfast that is perfect for school, the office, or in our case… in the fields!

Ingredients
Brownie mix
- 8 ounces of unsweetened chocolate
- 1 ½ cup unsalted butter
- 6 eggs
- 3 cups of sugar
- 1 ½ cup all-purpose flour
Cheesecake mix
- 1 stick of cream cheese (250g)
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 egg
- 1 cup frozen haskap berries
Instructions
Brownies
- Preheat the oven to 350°F
- Melt the butter and chocolate over low heat or in the microwave. Let it cool.
- With a mixer, beat the eggs until they turn light yellow. Gradually add the sugar until you get a thick mixture. Stir in the melted chocolate mixture. Gently fold in the flour.
- Divide the batter into 24 muffin cups lined with paper cups. You can use an ice cream scoop, which gives the right amount of batter.
Cheesecake mix
- Beat cream cheese with sugar. Add the egg and beat just to combine. Gently mix in the haskap. If they are too big, cut them in half first.
- Refrigerate for about 15-20 minutes.
- Place a large teaspoonful of the cheesecake mixture in the center of each brownie.
- Bake for 20 minutes. The center should be soft.

- ½ cup spinach
- ½ cup frozen Quebec strawberries
- ½ cup St-Louis frozen haskap berries
- ½ banana
- ½ cup greek yogurt
- ½ cup orange juice
- 3 ice cubes
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
- Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen haskap berries
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 brie of about 375 g
- 1/3 cup of your favourite chopped nuts (here, we use pecans)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a small saucepan, combine the haskap, maple syrup, balsamic vinegar and cornstarch. Bring to a boil, stirring for 2-3 minutes. The mixture will thicken.
- Place the Brie in a small baking dish. Pour the haskap mixture over it, and add the nuts.
- Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes.
- Out of the oven, drizzle with a little maple syrup (optional)
- Serve with some freshly baked bread.

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup flour
- ¾ cup quick oats
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup butter
- ¼ cup wheat germ
- 5 apples, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup of fresh or frozen haskap berries
- 2 tbsp.of sugar
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Butter up an 8×8 inches pan.
- Pour in the apple slices and haskap.
- Sprinkle with sugar and chia seeds. Stir a little. Put aside.
- In a bowl, combine all the other ingredients.
- With a dough cutter or a fork, mix until you get a nice “crumble”.
- Spread the crumble over the fruit mixture.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
